All decisions relating to the architectural design of the plans whether for planning permission or building regulations are left to you, we simply offer advice on practicality and the views of the local authority. We then give a quote for our architectural design service and what we quote is what you pay (subject to your acceptance) there are never additional charges.
Our services are as follows:

plans for new building and extensions. Designed with your
budget and specification in mind. All plans are prepared in full including
the relevent documentation for an application for planning permission or
building regulations.
*Ascertaining the development potential of
any piece of land. Whether it is a
detached building plot or
your garden we can do all the necessary background checks to
check the potential for development on any piece of land. We
also prepare any basic architectural designs that may be
required by the local authority.
*Preparation of schemes for
conversion/change of use of a building.
*Schemes designed for
converting single or multiple properties into flats or splitting
of larger dwellings into multiple
homes.
*Residential and commercial works
undertaken.
*Preparation of architectural drawings for
building regulations either for full applications or for building notice.
All plans are prepared in full including the relevent documentation for an
application for planning permission or building
regulations.
*Pre and post application
advice.
*Planning appeals for if any architectural design scheme
has been been refused planning permission even if you used someone elses
architectural services.
